CASF we will keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Credit Card data is never received nor captured by CASF. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to  Construction Association of South Florida  (CASF’s) website. This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") is between the Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and you and your agents ("you" or "yours") for the use of our websites, landing pages, forms, and learning, credentialing and event platforms (collectively, the "Site"). Modification or use of the Site and/or the Content for any commercial purpose is a violation of patent, copyright and other proprietary rights owned by CASF and third parties. In addition to CASF's and its licensors' rights in individual elements of the Content, CASF owns the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of the Content. Except for those activities directly related to your active membership with CASF, you may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another website, or in any other way exploit the Site and/or any of the Content, in whole or in part, without the prior express written permission of CASF.

Reproduction, copying or redistribution of Content for commercial purposes is prohibited without express written permission of CASF. To obtain permission to use the Content, please complete the CASF IP Questionnaire. We will evaluate your request and advise you as soon as possible, but in any event, please be aware that it will take at least 10 business days to process your request. CASF reserves the right to refuse permission to copy, distribute, broadcast, or publish any of its Content.

Access to Advanced Services and Termination of Access

In order to access certain Content and to make use of the advanced personalization features of the Site, you may be required to open an account and complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a username and a password of your choice.
